Terms and Conditions

As part of the services, the Terms and Conditions of BiosScan Lab govern various methods for purchasing laboratory tests. Our website and in-store materials provide detailed information about the tests we conduct and the corresponding services we provide for each test, including estimated turnaround times. These turnaround times approximate the duration it will take for your sample, once we receive it in our laboratory, to undergo testing and for us to make the test results available to you. Therefore, please refer to the “Samples and Test Results” section below for more information.

It is important to note that when postal services are involved in sending a testing kit to you or returning a sample to us, we rely on our postal services provider (Royal Mail) or courier service to meet their stated delivery timeframes.

In a small percentage of cases, we may need to re-run or re-analyse tests due to the precise and sensitive nature of laboratory testing. Consequently, please consider that under such circumstances, it may take slightly longer for us to provide your results. In such cases, we will not permit refunds.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate tests and determining whether the tests you purchase from us are suitable for your needs. If you have any doubts, we strongly advise consulting with a doctor or qualified medical professional.

Sample Collection Methods Under Our Terms and Conditions:

Our website also outlines various methods for collecting and submitting samples. You can choose from self-testing kits, on-site testing at our designated locations, or testing at your home or office by our trained staff members. If you have purchased an on-site test or a test conducted by our staff at your location, our services encompass sample collection and transportation to our laboratory.

The description of our services on our website constitutes an integral part of our agreement with you. However, if any inconsistencies arise between the description of the services on our website and these Terms and Conditions (including turnaround times), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is complete, accurate, and legible.
