We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged self-testing kit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of self-testing kits that have been opened or used unless they are defective. If you wish to return an unopened kit, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to request a return authorisation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method, and the amount refunded will be limited to the purchase price of the returned self-testing kit.
