Refund Policy

At BioScan Lab, we prioritise your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive defective or damaged self-testing kits, please contact us within three days of delivery. You can choose either a replacement or a full refund as stated in our Refund Policy.

For health and safety reasons, we do not allow returns of opened or used self-testing kits unless we confirm the kits are defective.

We advise all customers to inspect their kits for any damage upon delivery. If you need to return an unopened self-testing kit, please contact our customer service team with proof of delivery within two days to obtain a return authorisation as outlined in our Refund Policy. We will not accept returns without the required authorisation, and you must request it within the two days.

We will process any eligible refunds using the original payment method. The refund will not exceed the cost of the self-testing kit. Shipping fees and other related costs will not be included unless the return is due to a defect or damage during transportation.
